ACID Pro Cricket — Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or using our website. By purchasing from or using ACID Pro Cricket, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

ACID Pro Cricket is a UK-based manufacturer and retailer of handcrafted cricket bats. Our bats are made individually by hand and may carry natural variations in the willow wood — this is a characteristic of the material and not a defect.

2. Orders & Contract

By placing an order with ACID Pro Cricket, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. A contract between you and ACID Pro Cricket is formed only when we confirm your order and dispatch your item.

3. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Where you have requested a bat made to a bespoke or custom specification — including non-standard sizing, custom profiles, or any personalisation — this constitutes a made-to-order item. By law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke items are exempt from the standard right to cancel. Once production has begun on a bespoke order, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except at the sole discretion of ACID Pro Cricket.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

5. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All ACID Pro Cricket bats are handcrafted individually. As a result, minor natural variations in grain, colour, and finish may occur between bats. These are not defects and do not affect the performance or quality of the bat. By purchasing, you accept that your bat may differ slightly in appearance from images shown on our website.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. All bats are handmade to order, depending on how many orders we have at once dictates how long the bat will take to be made. Regardless on the number of orders and potential delays we will no compromise on the quality of craftsmanship due to rushing our work. ACID Pro Cricket is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACID Pro Cricket shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, imagery, and content associated with ACID Pro Cricket — including the ACID logo and NITRIC bat range — are the intellectual property of ACID Pro Cricket. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
